Breathe In Breathe Out – A Simple Technique To Live Life To Fullest

Breathe in Breathe Out Short Story
Just Breathe
Breathe in.

Breathe out.

A sweet, calm, and deep meditating voice from the radio instructed.

The voice repeated his instructions in calmly manner, “Breathe in. Breathe out.”

Don’t know what happened to me but I wanted to follow the instructions.

It was a bit uncomfortable. I mean, to hold the breath in between the pauses. The pause between the two instructions, breathe in and breathe out.

Looking at my uneasiness, Raghuvendra, my cab driver said, “Sir! You are doing it wrong. You don’t have to hold the breath. You need to go with the flow. You need to focus on your breathe not breath.”

I puzzledly asked him, “Sahib! What do you mean by focus on my breathe not breath as I am trying to do the same.”

He nodded in disapproval and then said, “You don’t have to follow his instruction, but follow what he really means.

With breathe in and breathe out, the voice means, you need to focus on the flow of air inside your body and feel the calming sensation.

Now, don’t concentrate on the voice. In actuality, concentrate on the air flow inside your body, and be in the moment.”

He turned off the radio and I did just like what he has suggested, focus on the breathe.

He was right.

Yes, it was damn relaxing.

In evening during the walk, I realized, the same can be applied to the life. All you need to do, breathe in, breathe out, and just go with the flow.

Whenever, we are in some sort of trouble or crisis, we choke up and forget how to breathe. We wait for the pause (the crisis period) to be over.

And in that wait as I said, we choke up and forget to live life.

However, things don’t work in that way. We need to go with the flow. We need to let things out and move on.

Concentrate on the beauty of the life, instead of sucking up in that moment, which is not definitive and only momentary.

To help, we have our family, friends, colleagues, cab driver, and everyone else with a sweet smile on his face.

All we need to trust our very own heart and breathe in, breathe out with life.
