When One Door Closes, Another Opens

When One Door Closes, Another Opens

The often misquoted phrase, "when one door closes, another opens." is actually attributed to one of the greatest inventors of all time, Alexander Graham Bell. And it does not end here. It further goes, "…but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us."

The problem with most of us is that we are too engrossed in our past, in our comfort zones that we miss the opportunities that stand right in front of us.

Doors may be close, but there are an unlimited number of doors, or opportunities, opened for us. All we need to do is take a look.

If you look into the essence (meaning) of the quote, you will find that it does not only apply to your career, but to life in general.
